I have 20 years entrepreneurial & Real Estate experience and 10 years Realtor experience as I've grown up and worked in a Real Estate Family. My grandparents started Nelson Realty in 1955 and every generation since has found one or two Realtors in my family. I finally got my license in 1999 after almost 12 years of property management, leases, open houses and T.C. work for my Mom. Formerly a Cashin Company Realtor in San Mateo,CA...I now make my home and run my business (since 2003) in San Diego, working for Coldwell Banker (who recently bought my former company One Source Realty,GMAC).
